Job description

We are seeking experienced Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers (Interior Building Systems) to join our team. You will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) solutions for residential, commercial, and institutional projects. The ideal candidates will have a strong technical foundation, proven project delivery experience, and the ability to apply local building codes and standards effectively.

Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

For Mechanical Engineers:

• Design and develop HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for various building types.
• Perform detailed load calculations, duct and pipe sizing, and equipment selection.
• Review and interpret architectural/structural plans to ensure seamless system integration.
• Prepare comprehensive 2D/3D design documentation, specifications, and schedules.
• Lead design reviews, resolve RFIs, and provide technical support during construction.
  

For Electrical Engineers:

• Design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and communication systems.
• Develop electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and load calculations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, performance, and energy efficiency standards.
• Prepare tender documents, technical specifications, and review shop drawings.
• Provide field coordination and resolve design-related issues during construction.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in building systems design.
