Job summary

Universal HR Solutions in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Mechanical Draughtsman to join our engineering team. The candidate should hold an ITI Mechanical Draughtsman or related certificate, with strong knowledge of ASME/API/IS codes/standards and expert AutoCAD skills (2018 or above).

The role involves hands-on GA and fabrication drawings for columns, pressure vessels, reactors and heat exchangers, plus pattern development for cones, dished ends, miter bends and reducers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ASME, API, and IS codes/standards.
• Expert in AutoCAD (2018 or above).
• Hands-on experience in GA & fabrication drawings for Columns, Pressure Vessels, Reactors, and Heat Exchangers.
• Expertise in developing drawings for Cones, Dished Ends, Miter Bends, Concentric/Eccentric Reducers, etc.
• Proven experience in Drawing Checking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare GA and fabrication drawings for columns, pressure vessels, reactors, and heat exchangers.
• Develop drawings for cones, dished ends, miter bends, reducers and other components.
• Ensure compliance with ASME, API, and IS codes/standards.
• Perform drawing checking to verify accuracy.
