DEIC-L&T Precision Engineering & Systems IC is seeking a Tech Lead - Mechanical Design to lead mechanical engineering for power electronics products and integrated systems, overseeing thermal management, enclosure design, and manufacturability for high-power platforms (EV chargers, inverters, industrial PE).

The role drives architecture, DFMA, V-Model/APQP processes, and collaboration with electrical, CFD, and manufacturing teams; requires 8+ years, BE/BTech in Mechanical, and hands-on

Responsibilities

• Define mechanical architecture for High Voltage EV Chargers and inverters.

• Coordinate with CFD, electrical, and control teams.
• Drive DFMA, DFA, and DFS in design processes.
• Ensure IP ratings, environmental tests, and wind/seismic compliance.

Tech Lead -Mechanical Design | Power Electronics Product & Systems (P11b)RoleProvide end-to-end leadership for mechanical engineering of power electronics products and integrated systems, ensuring robust mechanical architecture, effective thermal management, environmental protection, manufacturability, and lifecycle reliability across high-power, high-density electrical platforms (AC-DC/DC-DC Converters, EV Chargers and Industrial Power Electronics products.)Key Responsibilities1.
