Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a mechanical design engineer for on-site work at Ramol Cross Road, Vatva, Ahmedabad. The role involves modelling and drafting with SolidWorks and SolidEdge, focusing on sheet metal in packaging or pharma sectors.

You will work under a senior manager to ensure timely delivery and manufacturing-ready drawings, with standard working hours from 9:30am to 6:30pm. Candidates should hold a mechanical engineering degree and have 1-2 years of relevant SolidWorks experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 1-2 years exp in SolidWorks
• Hands on experience in SolidEdge software (Modelling & Drafting)
• Experience in machine design using sheet metal in packaging or pharma industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Discuss with Senior or manager about the project assigned
• Maintaining high quality model and drawing output
• Maintaining accurate content in drawings and documentations
• The successful and timely delivery of all drafting and modelling work allocated to you
• Ensure models and drawings created/issued for any product are good for manufacturing
