This team collects and processes data from multiple sources to create reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Power Apps. Their insights support decision-making by highlighting KPIs across assisted, unassisted, and revenue channels. They also manage performance reporting tools and contribute to business reviews to drive continuous improvement and efficiency
