Job summary

Accenture in India is looking for a Measurement and Report Senior Analyst to drive business reporting and governance. You will deploy tracking mechanisms for SLAs and KPIs, and support daily operations with analytics and automation.

You should have 5–8 years of experience, strong MS Office skills, Excel dashboards, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and VBA automation. You will publish scheduled reports and provide insights to stakeholders while improving governance and performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office with advance knowledge in excel formulas.
• Ability to create nice and user-friendly excel dashboards.
• Ability to create meaningful presentation through PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge in Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerBi.
• Basic automation abilities using VBA Macros.
• Create and publish daily, weekly or monthly reports on time with accuracy.
• Create and design new dashboards or reports as required.
• Deliver ad hoc reports and find trends in data for insights.
• Automate reports to reduce manual effort and drive governance.
• Connect with stakeholders and drive governance around performance metrics.
• Possess either individual contributor mindset or ability to manage a project team.

Responsibilities

• The Business Reporting and Governance vertical deploys robust tracking mechanisms for SLA/KPI on a day-to-day basis.
• Governance team handles contractual compliance across reporting, incident, change, and survey management.
• Assess, manage and improve information processes through defined models and actions.

What would you do?

• The Business Reporting and Governance vertical helps to deploy and deliver robust tracking mechanism for SLA or KPI or any other operations on a day-to-day basis.
• The Governance team will be responsible for contractual compliance of various aspects of contract like Governance, Reporting, Incident Management, Change Management and Survey Management along with driving automation and analytics.
• Assessing, managing, using, improving, monitoring, maintaining, and protecting organizational information through a system of decision rights and accountabilities for information related processes, executed according to agreed-upon models which describe who can take what actions, with what information, when, under what circumstances and using what methods. What are we looking for?
• Proficient in MS Office with advance knowledge in excel formulas.

• Ability to create meaningful presentation through PowerPoint.
• Working Knowledge in Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerBi
