Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Measurement & Report Associate Manager with 10–14 years of experience to lead business reporting and governance initiatives across client portfolios. The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and expertise in Power BI dashboards, data modeling and DAX to deliver actionable insights.

You will manage a team, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with leadership to ensure on-time delivery and value realization in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of total experience with 7–10 years in BI, reporting and client-facing roles
• Master's or Bachelor's in Engineering/IT/CS preferred
• PM experience with certifications
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Exposure to Microsoft platforms, SQL, Excel VBA or visualization projects
• Power BI dashboard design, data modeling and advanced DAX for insights

Responsibilities

• Work with Account and Service Delivery leadership to ensure timely delivery of the complete portfolio of Business Reporting and Governance Services
• Ensure services align to contractual requirements
• Consult with clients and senior leadership as an expert on Governance, Performance Reporting, Incident Management, Survey Management and Change Management
• Ensure all projects operate within budget
• Drive analytics, automation, visualization and innovation initiatives
• Guide team members to excel in deliverables and drive performance
• Understand business problems and develop data-driven solutions
• Select, configure and implement analytics solutions
• Liaise with internal process owners for Governance, Change Management, Satisfaction Surveys and Performance Reporting
• Build systems to transform raw data into actionable insights with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)

What would you do?

The Business Reporting and Governance Associate Manager needs to deploy and deliver on a portfolio of deliverables like Client & Leadership Governance, Performance Reporting, Incident Management, Survey Management and Change Management. This role requires excellent project management, client facing skills and experience along with strong business acumen and ability to solve business problems. Ability to multi-task across several projects in a dynamic environment and deliver with high diligence. The role is a combination of individual contributor and supervisory tasks. Experience is managing team of 15 or more people is a must. Client relationship management experience also required

What are we looking for?

• 15+ years of experience overall with minimum 7-10 years in Business Intelligence, Reporting and client facing roles
• Masters/bachelor’s degree in engineering/Information Technology or Computer Science preferred
• Project Management Experience and certifications
• Excellent communication and expectation management skills
• Exposure in managing Microsoft platforms, SQL, Excel VBA or visualization projects
• Power BI Dashboard Development: Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that integrate data from multiple sources. Proven ability to build robust data models, create advanced DAX measures, and transform complex datasets into compelling visual narratives. Skilled at delivering actionable insights that support business reporting, governance, performance management, and strategic leadership decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with Account and Service Delivery leadership to ensure timely delivery of complete portfolio of Business Reporting and Governance Services
• Ensure services are constantly aligned to the contractual requirements
• Consulting role to clients and senior leadership as an expert on Governance, Performance Reporting, Incident Management, Survey Management and Change Management
• Ensure all projects within span are operating within the budget
• Drives various team initiatives and priorities like analytics, automation, visualization and innovation
• Guide team members within span to excel in their deliverables and drive performance
• Understand business problems and drive solutions to resolve business/operational challenges. Develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting
• Select, configure and implement analytics solutions
• Liaise with internal process owners for Governance, Change Management, Satisfaction Surveys, Incident Management and Performance Reporting
• Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights, with the right visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.)
• Knowledge of MS Office and SQL(preferred); familiarity with business intelligence tools
• Attention to detail and Problem-Solving Aptitude
• Review and analyze satisfaction surveys; summarize findings; work with contract service delivery team leads to determine remedial actions
