Wooden Street is seeking an experienced site engineer to lead modular interior projects. You will conduct precise site measurements and produce production-ready drawings, while coordinating with design and production teams. The role requires on-site supervision, ensuring quality, safety, and timely handovers across projects.

The ideal candidate has strong skills in AutoCAD/SketchUp and a deep understanding of modular interiors and site execution.

• Supervise on-site installation, ensuring quality, dimensions, safety, and timelines.
• Resolve measurement issues by coordinating with designers, carpenters, vendors, and teams.
• Maintain measurement records, progress reports, sign-offs, and timely handover.

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct accurate site measurements and prepare detailed production-ready drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• 
  Prepare 2d drawings, and BOQs while coordinating with the design and production teams.
• 
  Verify site readiness, civil conditions, and service points before manufacturing and installation.
• 
  Supervise on-site installation activities, ensuring quality, dimensional accuracy, safety, and adherence to project timelines.
• 
  Resolve measurement and execution-related issues by coordinating with designers, carpenters, vendors, and project teams to minimize rework.
• 
  Maintain measurement records, site progress reports, customer sign-offs, and ensure timely project completion and handover

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• 
  Ability to prepare detailed production/shop drawings.
• 
  Strong understanding of modular furniture, site measurements, and interior execution.
• 
  Good communication and coordination skills.
• 
  23 years of experience in modular residential interiors
