Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to measure and validate existing site conditions against approved drawings and design specifications.
• Verify site dimensions, layouts, and measurements to ensure alignment with approved design plans.
• Validate BOQ quantities and design files across modular and non-modular interior work.
• Identify design discrepancies, measurement mismatches, missing items, and potential execution risks during site validation.
• Assess civil, electrical, plumbing, and modular interior requirements to ensure completeness of project scope.
• Highlight missing line items, technical gaps, and deviations from approved drawings.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive site validation reports within defined turnaround times and SLAs.
• Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, installation partners, vendors, and customers to resolve site-related issues.

• Experience in independent site measurement, technical validation, and coordination with design and execution teams will be an added advantage.
