Job summary

The successful candidate will mentor junior engineers, provide technical support to production teams, and ensure strict safety compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality systems.
• Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to implementation, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Promote and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement across the production line.
• Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment, tools, and systems.
• Analyze production data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and engineering modifications.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and new manufacturing technologies.
• Ensure safety compliance across all manufacturing activities and processes.
