Job description

• Architect and lead for implementation of enterprise MDM solutions using STIBO , Reltio or Semarchy MDM.
• Strong expertise in Operational MDM (Customer, Product, Vendor, etc.).
• Design and maintain the master data strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end MDM project lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, data modeling, integration, and deployment.
• Ensure high data quality, governance, and stewardship processes are built into the solution.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define master data domains, rules, and workflows.
• Design integrations with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, CRM, Data Lake, etc.).
• Collaborate with data governance and data quality teams to enforce MDM policies.
• Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
• Provide technical leadership to MDM developers and analysts.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the MDM solution.
• Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews to ensure best practices
