Job summary

Fluidata Analytics LLP is seeking an MD led Master Data Management professional to architect and build MDM, entity resolution, and relationship data solutions for diverse clients. You will design golden records, match/merge, and data quality frameworks, collaborating with governance teams and stakeholders.

You will model domains such as Party, Customer, Account, and Relationship, develop data integration pipelines, and mentor engineers on engagements while working with cloud data platforms,

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in MDM, Data Engineering, Data Management, or Data Architecture.
• "Hands-on" experience with at least one enterprise MDM platform such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, Semarchy, Ataccama, or Profisee.
• Strong understanding of entity resolution, match/merge, survivorship, trust rules, and golden-record management.
• Experience designing Party/Customer/Account data models, hierarchies, relationships, and crosswalks.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data governance, stewardship, and master data processes.
• Strong SQL and proficiency in Python.
• Experience designing and implementing data integration pipelines and APIs.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably Azure.
• Understanding of lakehouse/medallion architecture and cloud data platforms.
• Experience with graph data modelling and technologies such as Neo4j or Cosmos DB is preferred.
• Strong client-facing, communication, and solution-design skills.
• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end MDM architecture and implementation, from data modelling and integration through data quality and governance.
• Design and implement entity resolution, match and merge, survivorship, trust, and golden-record processes.
• Model Party, Customer, Account, Household, Legal Entity, and Relationship domains with hierarchies and crosswalks.
• Design and maintain relationship graphs for ownership, customer, account, household, and other business relationships.
• Build inbound and outbound data integration pipelines to ingest source data and distribute trusted master data to consuming systems.
• Implement data quality rules, profiling, validation, deduplication, exception handling, and stewardship workflows.
• Develop crosswalks and identity resolution processes between source-system identifiers and canonical master identifiers.
• Work with cloud data platforms and modern lakehouse architectures, preferably on Azure.
• Design graph-based solutions using technologies such as Neo4j or Cosmos DB.
• Translate complex MDM and data architecture requirements into practical solutions with stakeholders.
• Define technical standards, documentation, and repeatable implementation approaches.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across MDM engagements.

About the Role
