Responsibilities

• Report performance metrics, dashboards, and updates to internal and client leaders as required.
• Manage MDD operators and MDD supervisors.
• Coordinate audits when needed.
• Ensure SLA metrics are met as per agreed norms.
• Review and improve processes and procedures.
• Support production of reports and monitor performance indicators.
• Prepare concept notes, reports, and presentations; track issues and solutions.
• Assist in creating training materials, SOPs, and FAQs for grievance handling.
• Maintain documentation and generate MIS reports for internal and regulatory review.
• Handle any other related tasks as required.

Job description

The MDD Manager will be responsible for managing the team of operators, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and coordinating effectively with all relevant stakeholders. The role involves analysing recurring issues, identifying process gaps, and implementing corrective measures to improve service delivery. The manager will also coordinate with relevant divisions to ensure compliance with established timelines, maintain transparency, and enhance overall user satisfaction through continuous process improvement and automation initiatives.

Education

• BE / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MS / MCA / MSc or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in data quality management and biometrics/forensics, with a focus on areas such as fingerprint analysis
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Required knowledge of User Interfaces (UI), web portals, and relevant service tools
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders
• Knowledge of various biometric modalities, including fingerprint, iris, and facial recognition technology

Key Skills & Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of the Aadhaar ecosystem, Biometric Process Flow, and UIDAI service delivery mechanisms
• Familiarity with various biometric modalities (fingerprint, iris, and facial recognition) and knowledge of biometric frauds
• Knowledge of User Interfaces (UI), web portals, CRM systems, data analysis tools, and relevant service tools
• Proficiency in producing MIS reports for regulatory compliance

Key Responsibilities

• Report out performance metrics, dashboards, monthly updates, and issue progress to internal and client, business, and IT leaders as required
• Manage MDD operators and MDD supervisors
• Enable the conduct of audits whenever required
• Ensure all SLA metrics are met as per agreed SLA norms
• Review and facilitate updating and improving all needed processes
• Support production of various reports and monitoring of performance indicators and other management statistics, preparing periodic reports
• Prepare concept notes, reports, and presentations; track systemic issues and follow up on solution development
• Assist in the preparation of training materials, SOPs, and FAQs to support grievance handling
• Maintain accurate documentation and generate MIS reports for internal review and regulatory compliance
• Any other related task as may be required from time to time
