The candidate will lead the Gynecology Department, oversee clinical services, recruit and mentor staff, and drive quality and strategic growth initiatives to enhance patient care.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality gynecological care to patients, staying abreast of latest medical advancements and best practices.
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the Gynecology Department, ensuring delivery of excellent patient care.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for the Women’s Health Department in line with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to drive departmental growth and service enhancements.
• Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of Gynecologists, Nurses, and support staff.
• Foster a collaborative and learning-focused working environment.
• Establish and monitor quality assurance programs to ensure high standards of patient care and safety.
