Job summary

GRPL India in Panipat seeks a Gynaecologist HOD – Women's Health to lead and deliver comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care. You will oversee OPD, in-patient and surgical services while shaping the department’s vision.

Qualifications

• MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology with valid medical council registration.
• Proven senior gynaecologist with leadership duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide OPD, in-patient and surgical gynaecology and obstetrics care.
• Run the department day to day, including rosters, OT time and labour room protocols.
• Plan the department’s growth with hospital management, including new services.
• Recruit, lead and train gynaecologists, nurses and support staff.
• Set up quality and patient-safety audits and act on the results.
• Hold awareness camps and build referral relationships in and around Panipat.
