Job description

Responsibilities

• Ability to interpret system requirements and translate them into accurate simulation models.
• Ability to understand the system specification and derive the test cases independently.
• Experience in executing system level testing in Hardware-in-loop or Vehicle with conventional /HEV/E-Drive driving scenarios.
• Preparation and Presentation of detailed analysis and bug report.
• Hands-on experience on HiL testing environments. (Preferred to have dSpace HiL)
• Experience with Vehicle testing scenarios is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of physical systems (mechanical, electrical, thermal, or hydraulic domains).
• Strong fundamentals with Electronics/Electrical /Mechanical with Graduation/Post Graduation background focus on Control System, Communication, Algorithms.
• Know how on automotive cyber security - Optional
• Good background knowledge on MATLAB, Simulink and Targetlink.
• Understanding of automotive standard protocols like CAN, LIN, XCP, UDS is recommended.
• Familiarity with fault handling and diagnostics within the E-Drive/Conventional vehicle system is needed.
• Strong scripting skills for test automation in VB/Provetech/Python on HiL Systems - Optional.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and root cause analysis skills.
• Exposure to MATLAB, Simulink, Stateflow, Targetlink is good to have.
• Hands-on experience on HiL testing environments. (Preferred to have dSpace HiL)
• Awareness with model fixed point conversion fundamentals.
