Plum is seeking an MBBS Doctor to provide online chat consultations from Bangalore. This is a full-time hybrid position with 1 day in the office and 5 days remote, catering to patient inquiries with care and professionalism.

The role requires 1–2 years post-MBBS experience, excellent written English, and the ability to maintain clear documentation while following clinical protocols and escalation guidelines.

Job Description:

MBBS Doctor – Online Chat Consultations

Location: Bangalore
Compensation: ₹45,000–55,000 per month
Experience: 1–2 years post-MBBS

About the Role

We are looking for qualified and patient-focused MBBS doctors to join our team for online chat consultations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultations and guidance to patients through chat.

• Understand patient concerns and provide appropriate medical advice.

• Maintain accurate consultation records and documentation.

• Ensure timely responses and a high standard of patient care.

• Follow established clinical protocols and escalation guidelines.

Requirements

• MBBS degree with 1–2 years of post-MBBS experience.

Work Schedule

• Working hours: 9-hour shift, with a 1-hour break.

• Working days: 6 days a week.

• Work arrangement: Full time, 1 day Work From Office (WFO) and 5 days Work From Home (WFH).

• Shift timings and weekly off will be discussed and finalised before joining.
