Job Description

1. Making the Services/Applications live on Production in conjunction with Infra/Application team
2. Monitoring Transactions & Services of different channels of customers/bank
3. Day to day activities i.e., Importing logs, processing logs
4. Tallying and generating reports
5. Client coordination and follow up
6. Functional and UAT testing
7. Documentation i.e., RCAs, SOPs, User Manuals, Flow Charts etc.
8. Application Support Activity for Clients and Internal Stake Holders
9. Network/Server/Database Configurations and Installation Activities

Other Required Skills

Experience from Banking/Digital payment domain preferred
