Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Maximo Developer - Manager to lead teams, optimize Maximo solutions, and guide client engagements across advisory, assurance, tax and business services.

You will mentor junior staff, manage project planning, budgeting and delivery, and champion technology and innovation while upholding PwC's standards of integrity and client service in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 9+ years experience.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) required.
• Master's degree preferred in listed fields.

As a Maximo Developer - Manager, you will specialize in Maximo applications, assisting clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support tailored to Maximo software. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver exceptional consulting services, helping clients achieve their strategic objectives by integrating and utilizing business applications effectively.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 9+ years of experience
