Job description

Position: Juniper Network Engineer

Contract Role: 3 to 6 months Onsite in Mumbai and Pune

Technical Skills (Necessary):

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Network or equivalent
• JNCIS/JNCIP/JNCIA
• Cisco CCNP, CCNA, CCDA

Technical Skills (Good to have):

• Experience with other networks

Qualifying Experience:

• At least 7-8 years of relevant experience in Network Engineering
• Minimum 4-5 years hands-on experience with Juniper Network devices
• Ability to work independently
• Hands-on with network execution for combined testing, repairing and documentation
• Facilitate client networking services both on-site or in the field by careful documentation of best practices and network topologies
• Hands-on with OS upgrades
• Experience in handling different types of clustering
• Well versed with configuration considering greenfield deployment
• Well versed in verification and joint testing with local team and monitoring setup
• Maintain inventory of all network devices on all networks
• Hands-on with analysis, design, configuration, and fixing issues with the network structure or application modules
• Experience in managing and maintaining network devices
• Develop and maintain all documentation for all networks
• Develop and maintain configuration control of all networks
• Familiar with intelligent network design concepts and principles
• Participate as necessary in production deployments and changes during business and non-business hours

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Strong documentation writing skills

Work Type: On Contract for 3-6 months

Salary: ₹8,417.84 – ₹43,923.49 per month
