Job description

Role: L&D (Learning & Development) Head – Data Business Unit.

Title: Sr. Manager or AVP

Domain: IT – Data & Analytics along with L&D experience.

Salary: Negotiable.

Location: Open for Chennai or Bangalore.

Total IT Experience: 15 years+ (out of which minimum 4 years of L&D is mandatory, should be current).

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Total experience of 15+ years with Data & Analytics background (Prior IT Delivery experience is mandatory)
• Solid delivery experience in the Data & Analytics space will be an added advantage.
• At least 4-5 years of L&D experience (Mandatory & should be current)
• Excellent Program Management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good knowledge of latest adult learning methodologies and industry best practices in tools, processes, and procedures
• Handled engaging training programs in multiple modes – Classroom, virtual, blended, etc.
• Experience in providing multiple learning solutions customized for the learning style of the learners
• Align with the business leadership team to plan training programs relevant to current and future business
• Knowledge and experience in KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the training programs and bring ROI for the investments made in training
• Thought Leadership in providing inputs for business problems through the L&D function
• Engaging and managing external vendors for platforms, tools & trainers
• Identify and engage internal SMEs to develop & support programs
• Budget management working closely with Leadership and finance team
• Work closely with delivery leaders & delivery managers to support their requirements
• Demand management, bench management & upskilling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 – ₹2,500,000.00 per year
