Qualifications

• Regular/Full Time Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mathematics, preferably with B.Ed.
• Regular/Full Time Master’s degree in Mathematics with one of the qualification (M.Phil/NET/SET/Ph.D).
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Planning and Delivery: Develop and implement well-structured lesson plans in accordance with the school/College curriculum and educational standards.
• Classroom Instruction: Facilitate interactive and participatory classroom discussions and use technology, visual aids, and real-life examples to enhance understanding.
• Student Assessment: Administer assessments, quizzes, and examinations to evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Student Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and collaboration; organize math clubs or competitions.
• Individualized Support: Provide extra assistance to students who need help understanding mathematical concepts.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on educational trends and teaching methods; participate in school/college training.
