Tekskills Inc. Bengaluru invites skilled Network Automation professionals to join our Network & Datacenter Automation team, building scalable automation, APIs, and tooling to improve reliability and observability.

The senior lead role requires strong Python or Go programming, REST APIs and vendor integrations (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto, F5, BlueCat), IaC with Ansible, Terraform, SaltStack, plus Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, Linux, and monitoring tools like Datadog, ELK, Grafana.

Qualifications

• Strong programming in Python and/or Golang.
• Experience with REST APIs and network vendor integrations (Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto, F5, BlueCat).
• Network automation libraries: Scrapli, Netmiko, Nornir.
• Infrastructure as Code tools: Ansible, Terraform, SaltStack.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
• Strong Linux/Unix and Shell scripting knowledge.
• Monitoring tools: Datadog, ELK, Splunk, Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineers; drive technical decisions and automation roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver automation solutions.
• Ensure best practices, code quality, and operational readiness.
• Preferred experience managing small engineering teams.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong networking background (L2/L3, routing, switching, firewalls, DNS).
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments.
