Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Hyderabad, India seeks a production operator to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to set targets. The role requires accurate status reporting of operations and deviations to shift engineers, plus active involvement in TPM and 5S practices on the shop floor.

The candidate will handle material flow, perform basic maintenance and lubrication, and ensure clean, compliant processes across incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials, while following WI and SOP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Achieve set production targets.
• Communicate operational status and deviations to shift engineer.
• Drive continuous improvements and development on a personal and operational level.
• Address TPM requirements and maintain 5S in the work area.
• Material handling as per procedure.
• Lean maintenance in department as SMT BS 2.0 requirements.
• Work at other stations in the organization when required.
• Follow instructions of superiors.
• Carry out production and stoppage entry in the PPC system.
• Basic maintenance and lubrication.
• Maintain quality and cleanliness of incoming, in-process and outgoing material.
• Follow WI and SOP.

Job description
