Job summary

Srijan: Now Material is seeking a hands-on Data Architect with deep AWS data engineering, cloud DevOps, SQL, and Agentic AI expertise to design scalable architectures and lead end-to-end ETL development in production environments.

You will own technical architecture, drive architecture decisions with clients and internal stakeholders, mentor engineering teams, and contribute to cloud-native, microservices-based solutions. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in data engineering, solution architecture, or software engineering.
• Hands-on experience designing AWS data architectures using AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, and Amazon Aurora.
• Experience with AWS DevOps, including Amazon EKS, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployments.
• Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, query optimization, data transformation, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Practical experience with Amazon Bedrock and integrating foundation models into production applications.
• Strong architecture, solution design, technical leadership, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams and driving code quality and technical best practices.
• Familiarity with Dynatrace and ServiceNow is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Java 21, including Records, and Dapr/Diagrid or similar distributed application patterns is desirable.
