Job summary

Side is seeking a motivated Mastering Technician to support day-to-day IT and operations. The role requires strong Windows knowledge, Office proficiency, and familiarity with gaming platforms, plus the ability to troubleshoot and research online.

The position involves night shifts, filing, reporting, and assisting with hardware, networking, and mobile app issues. You will work both independently and within a team to maintain equipment, inventories, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Good general IT knowledge and confidence working with computers and common technology.
• Basic Windows knowledge installing applications, managing files and folders, troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of hardware and peripherals monitors, keyboards, mice, headsets, storage devices.
• Basic knowledge of networking wired/Wi-Fi connectivity and IP/network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and internet browsing.
• Basic knowledge of gaming consoles and platforms.
• Basic knowledge of installing/uninstalling mobile apps and troubleshooting errors.
• Strong organizational, time-management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, works well independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
