In this job the Master Planner would be responsible for:
Team Managers manufacturing Unit Managers Buyers Quality control Order handler Engineering Stores Direct Responsible for: Plan and support for execution of Customer Orders at right time. Shortages follow up with buyers Support for Team Managers for daily production activity Indirect Responsible for: Support for new improvements in his area. Support to order handlers and buyers as and when required.
As a person who synchronizes the flow of material along the entire supply chain. This is performed at both an S & OP level and Master Planning level to optimize the utilization of production, supply capacities, inventory levels, and seasonal stock as well as balancing of supply and demand.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering from a reputed institute. 3 to 5 Years of experience in the same field Good English both oral and written. Good coordination and communication skills. Good knowledge of MS Office Experience of working with ERP systems To take initiative for problem-solving and improvement activities Making an immediate value-based decision Work according to the priority’s safety, quality cost
