Job summary

You will partner with cross-functional teams to align business processes with ERP/CRM systems, lead data migration, enforce data governance, and implement real-time dashboards to monitor data quality and governance metrics.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in MDM or data governance.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud and ERP data integration.
• Experience implementing data governance policies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MDM strategies within Oracle Cloud to govern Product, Grower, Supplier and Customer data domains.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to align data governance with business goals and best practices.
• Develop, document, and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality across master data domains.
• Support integration of Oracle Cloud ERP with MDM systems to synchronise Product, Supplier, and Customer data across business processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align business processes with ERP systems, ensuring accurate data flow between ERP, CRM, and MDM platforms.
• Lead the migration of legacy data to Oracle Cloud, ensuring mapping, transformation, validation and data integrity.
• Oversee all aspects of master data transition, maintaining data consistency and integrity.
• Establish and maintain data quality monitoring tools and real-time dashboards to track accuracy and KPIs.
