Job summary

RSM US Integrated Services India Private Limited invites a senior Dynamics 365 CE expert to join our MAS practice in Bengaluru. You will design and implement D365 CE solutions, mentor a team of technical resources, and engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.

The role requires extensive experience with D365 CE, Power Platform, and integration with other Microsoft products. Night/weekend work may be required to support clients across time zones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of technical resources.
• Strong understanding of CRM functionalities including Sales, Marketing, and Service/Field Service.

Job Description In Managed Application Services (MAS) for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), you will be a key member of our team and will be exposed to several aspects of all our consulting practices including: Maintaining Dynamics 365 environments Business solutions and operations best practices Consulting process, tools and methodologies Leveraging technology to drive business operations efficiencies This role requires programming experience and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This position requires maintaining ongoing relationships with key team members and will require some night and weekend work.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical discipline
• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft D365 CE and the Power Platform
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of technical resources, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality projects while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
• Strong understanding of core CRM functionalities, including Sales, Marketing (Customer Insights), and Customer Service/ Field Service
• Proficiency in utilizing Dynamics 365 configuration tools like the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) for extending CRM functionalities
• Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other Microsoft products (FSC/BC/GP)
• Knowledge of development tools like Visual Studio and Dynamics 365 SDK for building custom plugins or workflows
• Understanding of web services and APIs for data exchange between Dynamics 365 and external systems
• Certification in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Fluently in English both written and verbal
• Proficient in; .NET (C#) Scripting (Java Script) SQL Kingsway’s Soft / Scribe/ Boomi SSRS (Fetch XML Based Reporting)
