Executive Analyst

Job Purpose:

We at Marwadi Financial Services are looking for an Executive Analyst.

Requirements:

1. Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
2. Experience: Minimum 1 Year, Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) knowledge; technological work will be an added advantage
3. CTC: 3.6 to 4.20 LPA
4. Location: Preferred Rajkot HO
5. Vacancy: 1

Responsibilities:

1. Reporting to Digital Strategy HOD
2. Document the flows of processes in flow chart format
3. Creating observation documents for software utilities and updating the completion
4. Engage in product adoption with users and provide them with appropriate guidance
5. Document the impediments in software raised by users and follow it up with Digital Strategy HOD for resolution
6. Perform initial testing on software modules and keep logs of the testing
7. Creating user activity logs and reporting it to the Digital Strategy HOD
8. Preparing user guides, module videos, and notification material for users and clients
9. Coordinate with the development team on functional understanding or requirements
10. Prepare and organize project status and reporting to Digital Strategy HOD
11. Record product defects and appropriate resolutions with RCA
12. Transfer the support of the completed product to the support team and oversee the support requests to enhance the product
13. Identify product marketing ideas and opportunities based on industry trends, current market environment, and competitive trends

Skills:

1. Domain Knowledge (BFSI)
2. Working knowledge of SQL & queries execution
3. Visualisation tools exposure (Mockflow, Lucid Charts, etc.)
4. Project management tools exposure (JIRA, Azure-Devops, etc.)
5. Proficient in MS Office
