Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Must be conversant with IT business development process including initiate calls, understanding requirements, proposal, price negotiation, deal closure, contract, etc.
  2. Should have Lead Management skills with abilities to create business pipeline and plan business accordingly.
  3. Prior experience acquiring projects related to Custom development and product subscription sale.
  4. Make presentations to clients, negotiate rates, and follow up till closure.
  5. Good communication skills to handle clients effectively.
  6. Proficient in email communications.
  7. Open learner with good knowledge of IT sales.
  8. Approachable and vibrant personality.
  9. Ability to approach any situation with patience and strong empathy.
  10. Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
  11. Team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
  12. Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth.
  13. Communicate company products and services via calling and email, and build relationships to uncover prospect needs.
  14. Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.
  15. Achieve weekly and monthly goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹38,085.00 per month
