Overview

The MarTech Solutions Architect will play a critical role in designing and implementing marketing technology solutions that align with our business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of marketing processes, data architecture, business analytics, and the latest MarTech tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Solution Design: Develop and design comprehensive MarTech solutions that support the company’s marketing strategies and goals.
• Integration: Ensure seamless integration of various MarTech platforms and tools, including GBQ, analytics, and automation systems.
• Data Management: Oversee the architecture and management of marketing data, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility for effective decision-making.
• Business Analytics: Utilize data analytics to generate actionable insights that drive marketing strategies and improve customer engagement. Translate these insights into technical solutions that align with client business objectives.
• Client Objectives Alignment: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure that MarTech solutions are tailored to meet these goals. Provide recommendations that connect marketing technology capabilities with client needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with MarTech vendors, ensuring that solutions meet business needs and are implemented effectively.
• Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing technology, data architecture, and business analytics. Apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and processes.
• Project Management: Lead and manage MarTech projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to marketing teams on MarTech tools and systems, fostering a culture of technological proficiency and innovation.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and implementing MarTech solutions.
• Proficiency in MarTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Tech Stack), data management tools, and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
• analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Experience in generating business insights and connecting them to client objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts and business insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
