Position Summary

Assist during busy periods by communicating needs to the Chef to ensure optimal service. Notify management if products do not meet specifications. Check appliance and food temperatures for safety. Monitor food quantities and serving portions. Ensure proper food presentation, garnishing, and correct portioning. Set up, clean, and break down work stations. Wash and disinfect kitchen tools, tables, knives, and equipment. Prepare ingredients including portioning, chopping, and storing. Wash and peel fruits and vegetables. Cook and prepare food.

Additional Responsibilities

• Follow all safety, security, and company policies.
• Report maintenance issues, accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
• Maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality.
• Welcome and communicate professionally with guests.
• Develop positive team relationships and support team goals.
• Adhere to quality standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
