Job summary

Tsaaro is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive growth and build a strong brand in the data privacy and cybersecurity space. You will lead campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels, while creating compelling content and visuals that reinforce Tsaaro’s trusted consulting approach.

You will partner with teams to analyze market trends, optimize SEO/SEM, and coordinate events and webinars, delivering measurable results and reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush).
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and graphic design tools.
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage marketing initiatives independently and deliver within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional media channels.
• Collaborate with the team to develop compelling marketing materials, including blog posts, social media content, and promotional videos.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Work on the creation of visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, presentations, and other creative assets to support marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing, to drive traffic and conversions.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to promote the brand.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Coordinate and manage promotional activities, events, and advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
