Role Overview

The Marketing Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate, actionable marketing performance insights through Salesforce and Power BI. This role serves as a key partner to Growth Marketing, Sales, and Finance by building scalable reporting and dashboards that connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and ROI. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce data knowledge, advanced Power BI skills, and a deep understanding of marketing performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports, leveraging Salesforce and related marketing data sources including advertising platforms and Google Analytics, as well as internal systems.
  • Develop end-to-end funnel and revenue reporting across marketing channels.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements aligned to growth and business objectives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting, campaigns, and attribution models.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and executive-ready storytelling.
  • Support attribution modeling and ROI analysis to measure campaign and channel effectiveness.
  • Automate reporting workflows and improve data refresh reliability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, BI and IT on data structure, definitions and reporting standards.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–6+ years of experience in marketing analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce reporting (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns).
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard design.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce data into Power BI via connectors or data warehouses.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnel metrics and revenue-based KPIs (MQL, SQL, CAC, ROAS, pipeline, LTV).
  • Experience with Salesforce marketing platforms (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Account Engagement/Pardot).
