Job Title: Marketing Program Manager - Growth Enablement (FM & Smart Buildings)

Location: India (Remote), with occasional US hours

About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Program Manager to join our Growth team and drive the development of world-class sales and marketing enablement content. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Facilities Management (FM) or Smart Buildings, who thrives at the intersection of strategy, content creation, and program management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Marketing Collateral:

  • Develop, manage, and maintain all sales collateral, including one-pagers, case studies, capability decks, battlecards, and ROI summaries

  • Ensure all assets are visually aligned and on-message across regions, industries, and product lines

  • Pitch Deck Creation:

  • Build custom pursuit decks and executive-level presentations for high-priority client engagements

  • Support deal teams by tailoring pitch material to reflect client pain points and solution differentiators

  • Use Case Productization:

  • Own the packaging of all use cases into client-ready documents, including:

  • Solution overviews

  • Scope and proposal templates

  • Internal training documentation

  • Delivery playbooks

  • Program Management:

  • Act as the central coordinator for all growth-related content and enablement initiatives

  • Manage timelines, cross-functional inputs, version control, and stakeholder alignment

  • Webinar Development & Delivery:

  • Plan and coordinate webinars for account teams and clients focused on product education, FM trends, and solution insights

  • Sales Enablement Systems & Processes:

  • Organize and maintain a structured repository of reusable content and templates

  • Track asset usage and update materials based on feedback, new offerings, and evolving client needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in FM, PropTech, Smart Buildings, or Energy Management industries

  • Strong background in marketing, communications, or business development content creation

  • Exceptional PowerPoint and document design skills (Beautiful.ai, Canva, or Adobe Suite a plus)

  • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and enterprise client communication

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across time zones

  • Comfortable working flexibly to align with US-based teams when needed

  • Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal
