Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Marketing Operations Consultant, Specialist to lead strategic marketing operations, employer branding initiatives, university engagement programs, partnerships, events, and vendor management activities. This role will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing employer branding campaigns, campus engagement programs, sponsorship initiatives, and industry partnerships while ensuring operational excellence and seamless stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Program Management
- Develop and execute marketing operations strategies to support employer branding, talent attraction, and university recruiting initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end project planning, governance, execution, and reporting of key marketing programs.
- Establish operational frameworks, processes, and success metrics to drive execution excellence.
- Manage multiple cross-functional initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies across branding and engagement activities.
Events, Partnerships & Brand Building
- Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of recruitment marketing events, industry conferences, campus engagements, networking forums, and employer branding initiatives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with universities, student communities, industry bodies, professional associations, and ecosystem partners.
- Drive local brand-building initiatives to strengthen employer presence within targeted talent markets.
- Manage sponsorship programs, partnership agreements, and activation plans to maximize organizational visibility and engagement.
- Represent the organization at external events and engagement forums to enhance employer brand awareness.
Vendor & Agency Management
- Manage relationships with event agencies, marketing partners, branding vendors, and third-party service providers.
- Lead vendor selection, onboarding, contract management, budgeting, and performance evaluation activities.
- Ensure vendors deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines and budget parameters.
- Partner with suppliers and agencies to develop scalable event and branding solutions.
- Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities for optimization and cost efficiency.
Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Support and execute employer branding strategies across digital, campus, and industry channels.
- Drive candidate journey enhancement initiatives to improve engagement and overall talent experience.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Marketing stakeholders to create compelling employer brand experiences.
- Support channel branding operations including career sites, recruitment platforms, campus channels, and partnership forums.
- Execute university recruiting branding programs and engagement campaigns to attract early-career talent.
Stakeholder Management & Strategic Planning
- Collaborate with business leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, university recruiting teams, marketing partners, and external stakeholders to deliver impactful branding initiatives.
- Develop annual and quarterly operational plans, roadmaps, and execution strategies.
- Provide regular project updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership teams.
- Influence stakeholders through effective communication, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making.
- Drive governance, accountability, and successful execution of strategic projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, Event Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Marketing, Project Management, Event Management, or related disciplines are preferred.
- 4-7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Event Management, Partnerships, or Program Management.
- Proven experience managing large-scale events, sponsorships, branding initiatives, and stakeholder engagement programs.
- Prior experience working within a Global Capability Center (GCC) environment is preferred.
- Experience working with event management agencies, branding agencies, or external marketing partners is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated succe
