Job description

MongoDB is hiring a Marketing Manager (Gurugram, India). This is a Digital Marketing role listed on the official MongoDB careers site. The role reports to the Head of India Marketing and focuses on ecosystem engagement, community building, and scalable startup programming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strengthen MongoDB's presence among high-growth, venture-backed startups across India
• Build relationships with founders, venture capital firms, accelerators, and startup communities
• Build and scale startup programs, partnerships, and community initiatives
• Measure impact by tracking startup engagement metrics and use insights to refine strategy and programming
• Communicate impact of regional initiatives to founders, investors, and senior internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, community, ecosystem, or events roles focused on startups, developers, or technical founders
• Experience leading programs from strategy through execution and collaborating across teams
• Familiarity with the Indian startup ecosystem, ideally with relationships across founders, VCs, and accelerators
• Highly organized, execution-oriented and data-driven
• Thrives in fast-moving environments with a high degree of ownership
