Amazon is seeking a Marketing Manager for Attraction, Influence & Marketing (AIM) in India. Lead data-driven campaigns, collaborate with agency partners, and present results to leadership to drive scalable, measurable talent marketing initiatives.
The role emphasizes building local and national strategies, developing communications, and coordinating with analytics and marketing teams to optimize the funnel across Amazon sites.
Are you passionate about connecting people to opportunity? Do you thrive using creative sourcing and marketing channels to deliver real hiring outcomes — at a pace and scale few organizations can match?
At Amazon, we are reinventing how to attract and hire exceptional talent at scale. The Attraction, Influence, and Marketing (AIM) organization is seeking a well-organized, data-driven, and self-motivated Marketing Manager to execute and scale Talent Marketing programs for India.
You are equal parts executor and analyst — comfortable building an integrated marketing plan with agency partners one day and presenting campaign results to leadership the next. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, take full ownership of your workstreams, and know how to coordinate across partner teams whose roadmaps don't report to you. You understand that recruitment marketing isn't just advertising — it's hiring infrastructure — and you're energized by delivering measurable, repeatable results at scale. This role requires operational rigor, creative problem-solving, and a bias for action on a team that works hard and has fun.
This role supports the Talent Marketing India leader in developing and executing India's sourcing and marketing strategy across all Amazon sites — profiling target candidates, identifying appropriate channel levers, and building top-of-funnel demand to efficiently attract hourly talent. You will develop and execute local and national community engagement strategies, operationalize plans against KPIs tied to growing the hourly talent pipeline, reducing reliance on paid advertising. Additionally, you will author candidate communications, hiring event content, onboarding collateral, offer templates, and other marketing materials.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on data-driven candidate attraction initiatives, track market shifts in hourly candidate behavior, and contribute to market mapping and intelligence efforts. To succeed, you'll need to see the big picture while executing rapidly on the ground.
Amazon's Attraction, Influence, and Marketing (AIM) organization is a dynamic team of marketing professionals dedicated to attracting and engaging talent across Amazon's diverse business segments. AIM achieves high-volume hiring goals by delivering exceptional, multi-channel candidate experiences, engaging and hiring job seekers with maximum efficiency and precision. Leveraging paid digital advertising, owned channels, web experience, and local grassroots efforts, AIM delivers quality candidates at scale. Practicing transformational thinking empowered by leading-edge tech and tool development, this team constantly innovates new processes to increase marketing efficacy.
