Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C channels. The role requires a hands-on professional who can develop subject matter expertise, drive distributor engagement, and strengthen brand positioning through strategic content and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and execute marketing campaigns by leading brainstorming sessions across B2B and B2C channels.
   
2. Develop in-depth subject matter expertise aligned with specific client segments.
   
3. Drive engagement with existing distributors and ensure regular ecosystem updates through structured content sharing across social media platforms.
   
4. Manage PR, content, and social channels to build strong brand awareness and positioning.
   
5. Create, curate, and distribute content across all communication channels.
   
6. Maintain and update all product collaterals; develop content around products for regular dissemination.
   
7. Collaborate with the sales team to create relevant marketing content for events and industry participation.
   
8. Represent the organization as a brand ambassador at various industry events.
   
9. Stay updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements relevant to marketing communications.
   

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop and share daily product-related content.
  
• Manage and maintain active social media presence with relevant and engaging content.
  
• Ensure seamless communication and content sharing among investors, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.
  
• Engage actively with internal teams and stakeholders to support business growth initiatives.
  

Experience & Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  
• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience.
  
• Experience in the financial services or banking industry with understanding of marketing financial products and asset classes preferred.
