Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, as well as a strong foundation in SEO, website development, and content strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Lead SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic
  • Oversee website development, maintenance, and performance
  • Create and manage landing pages for campaigns and lead generation
  • Develop and implement a content strategy across blogs, email, and social media
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad platforms
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
  • Proficiency in WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms
  • Experience with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Instapage)
  • Excellent content creation skills (copywriting, visual coordination)
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager
  • Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing
  • Experience in the training or education sector is a plus
