Job summary

SortMyScene, India\'s third biggest nightlife event ticketing platform, seeks a marketing assistant to help plan and execute campaigns that boost brand awareness and growth.

You will manage social media, create engaging content, research market trends, coordinate with designers and partners, and prepare regular reports to improve audience engagement. Opportunity to contribute to events and brand campaigns across major venues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, developing and executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and business growth.
• Manage and maintain social media platforms, including creating, scheduling and publishing engaging posts, stories, reels and other digital content.
• Research current market trends, social media trends, competitor activities and audience preferences to identify marketing opportunities.
• Develop creative content ideas, write captions, promotional copies and assist in preparing marketing creatives.
• Support influencer outreach, brand collaborations and partnership activities.
• Assist in planning, promoting and executing events, campaigns and other brand-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, designers, content creators and external partners to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions and campaign performance.
• Maintain marketing databases, influencer lists, campaign records and promotional documentation.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and provide suggestions to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Assist in identifying potential clients, business opportunities and target audiences through market research.
• Perform other marketing-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.
