Job summary

Vinc is seeking a Marketing Intern for an in-person role in Hyderabad. You will craft posts, edit videos, and write copy across multiple platforms while engaging with filmmakers in our creator community. This fast-paced team ships daily and provides housing and all meals.

You'll learn quickly, ship often, and bring data-driven insights to every review, with direct mentorship from the founding team and immediate exposure to real audience impact.

Qualifications

• You post on the internet already; share your work (accounts, channel, newsletter, or edits).
• Strong written English with a real voice and scroll-stopping hooks.
• Genuine interest in film, video, or generative AI; familiar with tools like Runway or Midjourney.
• Fast to ship; prefers launching 80% today over perfect next week.
• Open to feedback and acts on it the same day; comfortable with AI-assisted workflows.
• Video editing and basic design skills; students, grads, or self-taught welcome.

Responsibilities

• Run Vinc's presence across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Discord; write posts and edit daily content.
• Edit short-form video from AI film output using Premiere, CapCut, or equivalent tool.
• Write copy for landing pages, emails, ads, and launch announcements.
• Engage with the creator community; turn filmmakers' feedback into content.
• Track performance with numbers and insights; bring data to reviews.
• Support launches end to end: assets, scheduling, outreach, and follow-up.

We're a small team shipping fast. We're looking for a Marketing Intern who wants to learn more in six months than most people learn in three years by actually doing the work, not watching it.

This is an in-person role in Hyderabad. We provide housing and all meals.

What you'll do

• - Run Vinc's presence across X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Discord: write the posts, cut the clips, ship them daily
• - Edit short-form video from our AI film output (Premiere, CapCut, or whatever gets it done)
• - Write copy: landing pages, email, ad creative, launch announcements
• - Sit inside our creator community, talk to filmmakers, turn what they say into content
• - Track what worked and what didn't, and bring numbers, not vibes, to every review
• - Support launches end to end: assets, scheduling, outreach, follow-up

What we're looking for

• - You post on the internet already. Show us your account, channel, newsletter, or edits, something you made that people saw
• - Strong written English with a real voice. You can write a hook that stops a scroll
• - Genuine interest in film, video, or generative AI, you've played with Sora, Veo, Runway, Midjourney, ComfyUI, or similar
• - You're fast. You'd rather ship something at 80% today than something perfect next week
• - You take feedback directly and act on it the same day
• - Comfortable with video editing, basic design (Figma/Canva), and using AI to move faster
• - Students, recent grads, and self-taught people all welcome. Degree is not a requirement - output is

The honest part

This is a high-intensity role. Long hours, seven days a week, in the office together. Launches mean late nights. If you want a predictable 9-to-6, this isn't the right fit, and that's completely fine. If you want to be in the room while a company is being built, this is one of the best seats you'll get.
