Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• Graduation in design or video related field.
• Ability to create exciting videos and storytelling.
• Creative thinking and simple, unique storytelling.
• Familiarity with experimentation and A/B testing.
• Experience marketing to US-based companies preferred.

Responsibilities

Position Description:

Attentive.ai is looking for an Intern - Video & Motion Graphics Design to execute end-to-end execution of video and motion graphics for the Marketing team, and help promote its B2B SaaS products - across multiple channels and formats. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented member to join our team.

As an Intern - Video & Motion Graphics Design, you will have the opportunity to support Attentive.ai’s Global Demand Gen and Brand Initiatives with video & design planning and execution as part of the Marketing team. Your output and timely delivery will strongly determine the quality and ROI of our demand generation efforts.

• Edit and deliver case study videos for YouTube and web
• Design and animate motion graphics, lower thirds, and branded title sequences
• Build and maintain reusable After Effects templates for consistent brand output
• Cut short-form social clips (reels) and teaser content from long-form footage
• Collaborate with the content and marketing team on scripts, storyboards, and shot lists
• Manage file delivery, export specs, and version control across multiple projects
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in video & design software. Execute on a video & design strategy that aligns with marketing goals and brand identity.
• Good understanding of the decision-makers involved in the B2B buying process and thereby developing packaged content that result in higher engagement.
• Ability to clearly understand the WIIFT (What's in it for Them) for an audience and create well-crafted video and motion design with key aspects of storytelling.
• Be aligned with expectations with cross-functional collaboration to fuel programs across content marketing, product marketing, tradeshows & webinars, and marketing campaigns to ensure a cohesive and impactful visual experience across all touchpoints.
• Work with the Marketing team and Manager - Video and Motion Graphics to conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback to/from the team.
• Support multiple marketing video projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
• Ability to clearly present modern motion graphics design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and executives.
• AI knowledge and familiarity with AI tools would be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6 month-1 year of B2B SaaS/Software marketing experience (SaaS Preferred), with experience in executing end-to-end video and motion graphics design support for marketing projects.
• Must have a graduation in design or video related field.
• Ability to create excitement with compelling videos, both internally (within the organization) and externally (audience/customers/partners)
• Ability to think creatively and communicate complex ideas with simple yet unique storytelling
• Good understanding of experimentation and A/B testing
• Experience in marketing to US-based companies is preferred
• Proficiency in: Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Blender, and others
• Must have a growth mindset
