Compensation & Incentives

• Performance Incentives: Additional incentives based on monthly target achievement, with the opportunity to earn up to ₹25,000 per month.
• Total Monthly Earning Potential: Up to ₹35,000, including fixed pay and performance incentives.

Incentives will be linked to measurable monthly performance, business leads, conversions, and achievement of agreed targets.
