About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Field Marketing Specialist to join our Apollo Clinic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be the face of our brand in the local community, responsible for planning and executing on-ground marketing initiatives, roadshows, and health camps to drive brand awareness and patient footfall.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Roadshow Execution: Plan, organize, and execute local roadshows, canopy activations, and awareness drives in residential societies, corporate parks, and high-footfall public areas.

• Health Camp Coordination: Partner with RWA (Resident Welfare Associations) and corporate HRs to organize on-site health check-up camps.
• Local Area Marketing (LAM): Distribute promotional materials, flyers, and brochures to targeted demographics within the clinic's catchment area.
• Lead Generation: Engage directly with the public to explain clinic services, capture leads, and encourage clinic visits or appointment bookings.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the clinic operations and medical teams to ensure seamless execution of all on-ground events.
• Reporting: Track daily field activities, monitor lead conversions, and report on the effectiveness of different marketing campaigns.

Requirements

Experience: Freshers are absolutely welcome to apply! (Prior experience in field marketing, BTL activities, or direct sales is a bonus, but not mandatory).

• Education: Undergraduates (UG) and PG final-year students looking to kickstart their careers are highly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Tamil and English.
