Job summary

Soliflex Packaging Pvt Ltd. is seeking an immediate joiner for a role handling costing, quotations, and sales support in a fast-paced manufacturing setup in Bengaluru. The position involves MIS reporting, customer query resolution, and proactive documentation coordination.

The candidate should have a BCom/BBA/BSc or equivalent with marketing/IB specialization, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities to thrive in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Educational background: BCom/BBA/BSc/Economics/MBA/PGDM with marketing or international business specialization.
• Strong Excel and data management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Costing and quotation support: prepare and maintain costing sheets and quotations for customer requirements.
• MIS and reporting: prepare MIS reports related to sales planning, dispatch status, and shipment tracking.
• Customer engagement: assist in addressing customer queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Documentation and communication: draft emails, coordinate with finance to generate PIs, assist in shipment documentation.
• Logistics coordination: share shipment details with customers including BL and dispatch updates.

Role & responsibilities

Experience - 0-2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Costing & Quotation Support: Assist in preparing and maintaining costing sheets and quotations for customer requirements and sending it ahead.
• 2. MIS & Reporting: Prepare and manage MIS reports related to sales planning, dispatch status, and shipment tracking.
• 3. Customer Engagement: Support in addressing customer queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
• 4. Documentation & Communication: Draft professional emails, coordinate with finance team to generate Proforma Invoices (PIs), and support in documentation required for shipments.
• 5. Logistics Coordination: Share shipment details with customers, including Bill of Lading (BL) and dispatch updates, ensuring timely communication and accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1. B com/ BBA / BSc/ Economics/ MBA / PGDM with specialization in Marketing, or International Business.
• 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
• 4. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
