Job summary

Growify Digital, an India-based e-commerce growth agency, invites interns to join our Delhi team for a 6-month, full-time in-office internship. You will work on analytics-driven marketing initiatives, generate reports for senior management, and contribute to campaigns and on-site optimization.

The role offers hands-on exposure to live brand campaigns and modern marketing tools. Applicants should be available for 4 Nov 2026 to 9 Dec 2026, from Delhi, with relevant skills.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Google Analytics and data analytics tools.
• Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Understanding of Facebook Ads and performance marketing basics.

Responsibilities

• Generate reports and analyses for senior management using analytics tools.
• Support marketing campaigns with data-driven insights to drive traffic and sales.
• Assist in email marketing campaigns and reporting.
• Analyze online store traffic to identify trends and key KPIs.
• Manage and track website metrics for internal reporting.
• Support e-commerce marketing strategies through market research and analysis.
• Develop and execute on-site search optimization and test product recommendations algorithms.

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generating accurate reports and analyses for senior management using analytics tools like Google Analytics
2. Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns by providing data-driven insights to drive traffic and sales
3. Assisting in the execution of email marketing campaigns and contributing to the reporting and analysis of these campaigns
4. Conducting thorough analyses of online store traffic to identify trends, behaviors, and key performance factors
5. Managing and tracking website metrics for internal reporting
6. Supporting the e-commerce team in developing marketing strategies through market research and analysis
7. Developing and executing tactics for on-site search optimization and testing algorithms for product recommendations
