Job summary

UL Solutions External Career Site is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Marketing Claim Verification Program, providing leadership and daily program management.

The role interfaces with C-Suite Executives, BU Leaders and finance to develop ROI and financial measures, while managing risks, dependencies, and resource utilization across projects. Ensure adherence to conduct and security practices, guiding direct reports as needed.

Responsibilities

• Managing the implementation of the Marketing Claim Verification Program.
• Provides overall leadership and support.
• Acts as front-line contact on program related activities, issues, and risks.
• Manages risks and issues and takes corrective measurements.
• Interfaces with C-Suite Executives, Business Unit Leaders and finance to develop ROI and other financial measures.
• Manages stakeholders' communication.
• Plans the overall program and monitors the progress and performs daily program management throughout the program life cycle.
• Manages the program's financial performance.
• Coordinates the projects and their interdependencies.
• Manages and utilizes resources across projects.
• May manage the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives and goals, providing feedback and guidance and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
• Performs other duties as directed.
