As a marketing generalist at PwC, you will focus on a wide range of marketing activities aimed at promoting the Firm's products or services. You will conduct market research, develop marketing strategies, create and execute marketing campaigns, and analyse campaign performance.

The PwC AC teams for Alliances provides centralized operational support, enabling scalable, efficient delivery of alliance programs through process excellence, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Opportunity

As a member of the Alliances Marketing team, you will play a key role in driving analytics, insight generation, and performance storytelling for Alliance marketing campaigns. Working cross-functionally with campaign leads and Alliance stakeholders, you will maintain dashboards, develop insights from campaign data, and provide visibility into marketing and sales funnel dynamics.

Responsibilities
Marketing Campaign Performance Analysis
  • Monitor digital marketing KPIs across campaigns using Einstein Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketing Cloud
  • Identify trends, performance drivers, and gaps across campaign types, channels, and audiences
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses by sector, alliance, or tactic, highlighting top and low performing efforts
  • Translate data into actionable marketing insights
Reporting and Dashboard Management
  • Maintain and enhance campaign dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Einstein Analytics, or Excel
  • Generate monthly and quarterly performance summaries for use in business reviews and executive reporting
  • Compare results across multiple sources (e.g., Alliance Ops dashboards, campaign trackers) and flag discrepancies
Lead and Pipeline Insights
  • Track campaign-driven Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and their progression through the funnel in Sales Cloud
  • Support tagging and attribution of contacts to opportunities, campaigns, or event participation
  • Provide insights into pipeline health, lead quality, and buyer behavior trends
Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with campaign managers, marketing leads to align on data capture requirements
  • Translate complex analytics into clear, business-focused summaries for non-technical stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing presentations and visuals for marketing leadership and alliance teams
Job Requirements And Preferences

Experience: 3–5 years in marketing analytics, campaign insights, or business intelligence roles

Education and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree

Language: English (Oral & Written)

Tools Proficiency
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, Einstein Analytics, Excel, and Power BI
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud, Workfront, or other marketing ops platforms a plus
  • Basic understanding of data integration and campaign tracking practices
